Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Petfluencer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. Token Purchases

Tokens are purchased through Stripe. All purchases are final. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. The platform reserves the right to modify token pricing with notice.

4. Creator Payouts

Creators earn a proportional share of the payout pool based on tokens received. The platform retains a percentage (currently 25%) of gross token revenue. Payouts are reviewed and processed periodically. The platform reserves the right to withhold payouts pending fraud review.

5. Content Standards

All content must comply with our Content Policy. The platform is family-friendly. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: illegal content, hate speech, harassment, spam, and explicit material. Violation may result in content removal and account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their content. By posting, creators grant Petfluencer a license to display and distribute the content on the platform. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from creator content without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time. Upon termination, unused tokens are forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Petfluencer is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
